Over The Hill Twice I was born in Townville, PA, shadowed my dad until I went to Edinboro State College to become a teacher. I flew to Germany to marry Sgt. William J Royce and came home to Fort Riley, Kansas, two years later with our son, "Benny". The Army came to Fairfield in 1957 to construct the Missle
Sites to protect Travis Air Force Base. My son, Bryan, arrived at David Grant in 1963. I taught in the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District 20 years, retiring in 1987. My retirement gift to me was my RV named "Dolly". I've been chairperson of the Fairfield Senior Center Ballroom Dance for 29 years. I have also been a member of the Suisun TOPS Club since 1988. That sums up my life pretty well.
