Hot peppers down under

Someone once told me to always wash my hands after going to the bathroom.
I say, from experience, that after chopping hot peppers it’s wiser to wash your hands before going to the bathroom rather than after.
A wet handshake never hurt anyone. Peppers, however, are a different matter all together.
